Eunoia Counselling
“Thoughtful, Compassionate Therapy for Meaningful Change”.
Something feels like it’s holding you back from living your most fulfilling and intentional life. You may recognize that something needs to change but aren’t quite sure what, or where to begin. Perhaps you want to better understand what lies beneath the anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, or relationship challenges you experience and begin creating meaningful change.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and better understand yourself and your experiences. Together, we can explore the connection between your mind, body, emotions, and spirit to support greater healing, balance, and a stronger sense of wholeness.

My Journey
My own lived experience with anxiety and depression has profoundly shaped who I am as a therapist and is at the heart of why I chose to become a Nurse Therapist. My own journey taught me that what we experience on the surface is often only part of the story. Beneath anxiety, depression, stress, or overwhelm, there can be deeper experiences, patterns, beliefs, and unmet needs waiting to be understood. Learning to look beneath the surface changed the way I understood myself and opened the door to healing, growth, and meaningful change. It also showed me that we don’t have to navigate that journey alone.
You are not defined by what you are struggling with. There is more to discover, and there is always the possibility for healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
How I Can Help
As a Nurse Therapist, I support adults & youth experiencing concerns such as:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and low mood
Grief and Loss
Burnout and the demands of caring professions
Overwhelm and emotional exhaustion
Life transitions and challenges
Difficulty establishing healthy boundaries
Disconnection from self and personal needs
Living with chronic disease
Low self-esteem and self-worth
A desire for greater balance, meaning, and fulfillment
My work is collaborative and individualized. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to support greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
My Therapeutic Approach
Holistic
I believe our mental health and well-being are shaped by many interconnected aspects of our lives—including our physical health, relationships and social connections, environment, life experiences, beliefs, values, and sense of purpose.
A holistic approach looks beyond the immediate concern to understand the whole person and the many factors that may be influencing how you feel, think, and experience the world.
Our work may include exploring the relationship between your mind, body, emotions, and nervous system, and developing a greater awareness of how these systems interact to support greater awareness, regulation, and connection with yourself.
The goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to develop a deeper understanding
Client-Centered
Therapy is about you.
You are the expert on your own life, experiences, and story. I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore what you are experiencing, develop greater self-awareness, and discover what feels right for you.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and guided by your needs and goals. I tailor our work to your unique circumstances, abilities, preferences, and readiness for change.
There is no single path to healing, and therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Your journey is uniquely yours, and our work should reflect that.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, integrating them thoughtfully and intentionally based on your concerns, needs, goals, and preferences. This allows us to create an approach that is both personally meaningful and responsive to where you are in your journey.
What to Expect
Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and my intention is to create a space where you can feel safe, welcomed, respected, and heard.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, providing a confidential and supportive environment where you can slow down, unpack your human experience, and explore what is happening beneath the surface.
This is a space where you can share your story, explore your truth, and work toward your own vision of wellness. You can talk openly about the things that feel difficult, uncomfortable, confusing, or messy. My role is to listen without judgment, help you understand what you’re experiencing, and support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.

A Welcoming Space
I believe the environment we create for therapy matters. Therapy can ask you to be vulnerable, and I want the space around you to feel safe. You’re welcome to enjoy a hot or cold beverage during your session, curl up with a soft blanket, or get comfortable with an extra pillow in one of our oversized office chairs.
